This is an extremely well-built arm. It is compact, sturdy and the right length. The camera on the arm is light, the lens is not. I easily trust the stand and connecting mechanisms with the weight of the camera and lens. I wish I could get another 1/4 20 camera holder so I could change quickly between my cellphone and camera. Great product!
I really enjoy this. Not using tripod is a plus and space saving. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall very useful. Suggestions .... Must change the long screw to have a wing nut at the bottom. This will make it much easier to screw on the table snd hold the system securely. It seems to loosen with use. Also the separate other end keeps falling off with initial installation and could easily be lost. The rest of the assembly seems a little heavy for the mount. It may be better if the dest mount was deeper and the slip in section longer. Maybe more secure. The upper end is awkward to use and maybe if the camera holder were longer, it would be easier to manipulate the camera.

A little tricky to assemble, but once I figured it out, I absolutely love it. I am able to record in so many different points of views.

I am so glad I ordered this now. I questioned whether or not it would be substantial enough to support my Canon 5DM4. Not only is it so well built it supports that camera, it also supports that heavy camera with a heavy lens and the dual battery grip along with cage and confidence monitor. I will be ordering another version of this arm for my laptop as well. It’s surprising to me how stable this device is. Way exceeds expectations.

My daughter loves it. It’s a very nice mountain easy operate easy to put together. Wish there was a little bit longer. Screw for the amount for the GoPro with the case. She has a case with the light on it other than that it’s great.

It showed up missing several parts including the screws necessary for assembling the desk clamp as well as the phone holder. Support initially told me not to worry as those parts weren’t necessary. After I sent them a picture of their own assembly instructions they sent me the missing parts. Once assembled, the arm works pretty well.

The quality is nice and I’ve found a nice balance for my phone to shoot my Luthier guitar work ..I did upgrade the actual phone mount as the one that came with the arm isn’t as solid or as maneuverable..it’s a nice working arm 😎

The arm itself seems ver well built and is functional for a small to mid-sized camera. Two things that need improvement: —The smartphone mount has play in it when seated and tightened/locked into the retainer. This is annoying, because the crane itself is very tight... —The round vice-mount plate does not screw or fit anyway onto the vice screw. So it moves around and falls off until you have it clamped to a surface. So it's a good fixture, but expect to mod it a bit.

I feel the quality is just ok. The clamp for the desk is two pieces and not welded or stamped together so the base easily comes off.

Excellent support arm for desktop work. I have used it for stills and video with ease and great results. So far only with a dslr nikon. Will move onto iPhone for the next project. Only negative is the ball head assembly. Works fine but is lighter than I prefer. That said, it is steady and easy to adjust.

Worked as shown on video
I took the arm out of the box and temporarily set up on my workbench, being careful to not damage in any way. Was kinda disappointed about the extended length. Biggest problem is the digital camera I was going to use is not autofocus, and must be set to exacting heights. This was very difficult to do, and any side movement changed height adjustment. So, after trying my best, I decided to return the arm and recover my funds. It was no problem at all, sent it back and received a full refund. Thanks, Jinraiko, for having a great return policy!

Its great! Very durable
Overall, it's very good and I'm able to use it for my intended purpose. Changes I respectfully suggest: More options for clamp mounting. Industry standard 1/4-20 threading (Closest Metric is M6, but threads are different) and the option of a larger Arca-Swiss type clamp (Or a 3/8" mount allowing for customer choice). I would give this amazing unit an 8/10.
