Description

The Q21 Ultra is a magnetic Smart Connector charger for compatible iPads. Pogo-pin contacts snap onto the Smart Connector on the back of your iPad so you can charge without blocking the USB-C port—handy for desk work, drawing, and travel.

  • Up to 35W on 11" and 13" iPad Pro (M4 / M5) with a suitable power adapter
  • Up to 18W on listed iPad Air and earlier iPad Pro models (see the compatibility chart)
  • Slim oval pad with an integrated braided cable
  • Four model choices so you can match your iPad

Power adapter note: For iPads with an M4 chip, use a fast charger of 35W or higher. For other models, use a charger of 20W or higher.

Firmware upgrade required before first use. Connect the charger to power during the upgrade. There is no indicator light on the pad.
